Callian, proud of its customs, cultivates its old-fashioned festivals like all the villages in Provence, and perpetuates the tradition of the Holy Protector. The Chapel of Saint Donat is built on a Gallo-Roman sepulchral site, nestled in the wooded valley of the Maia.
