Exhibition "L'eau à Six-Fours, de l'aqueduc grec au canal de Provence" by Amis du Patrimoine de Six-Fours

From Antiquity and the construction of a Greek aqueduct at Le Brusc, to the distribution of water to all Six-Fournais residents, we'll study the construction of aqueducts, conches, wells, washhouses and fountains...

A model of the cistern, built around the corner from the Romanesque church, supplying the old village of Six-Fours, will be on display. Flour mills on La Reppe and in the Hoirs district, irrigation of cultivated land, pollution, flooding... these are just some of the themes that will be developed.
