Evenos

Evenos is divided into 3 villages: Sainte-Anne-d'Evenos, Le Vieil Evenos and Le Broussan. The most picturesque of the three is without a doubt Le Vieil Evenos: a minuscule crow's nest built on volcanic rock, whose dark basalt houses are huddled around a ruined medieval castle. The giant lava boulders of this little-known village, located off the beaten track, offer a breathtaking sight, and overlook Ollioules Gorge and the Bay of Toulon.
