European Heritage Days - Photo Exhibition – Saint-Tropez in 1910

The Municipal Archives presents a selection of photographs taken in Saint-Tropez around 1910 by an anonymous amateur photographer. These images, some of which are quite surprising, are juxtaposed with archival records to help visitors rediscover the iconic sites of Saint-Tropez.

To celebrate the 200th anniversary of photography, the Municipal Archives are presenting photos from an album acquired by the Var Departmental Archives. These images transport us back to Saint-Tropez in the 1910s: the bustling harbor, the local festivals. Archival documents will complement and shed light on these snapshots.
