Presentation

The church dates from the second half of the 19th century. In 1997, Philippe Métaireau created the trompe-l'œil paintings that decorate the entire nave. In the niche is a polychrome statue of Saint Peter, depicted with the rooster. The seascapes painted in the side chapels are a reminder that we are in Pierre's home, the patron saint of fishermen, as well as on the Giens peninsula, with a representation of the Almanarre isthmus and a large view of the Pointe des Mèdes.
