The 1st stone of the Domaine's new vinification cellar was laid in February 2008, at Clos Manuelle. The serenity of the Clos Manuelle was an ideal site for chiseling the cuvées in the heart of the Domaine's most representative vineyard.

Sur une surface de 35 ha répartis sur les communes du Thoronet et de Carcès, le vignoble est revendiqué au 4/5e en AOC Côtes de Provence.
