Domaine Saint-Jean de Villecroze

The Domaine Saint Jean vineyard now covers 28 hectares in three distinct sites. This variety of soils can cope with possible climatic hazards (frost, hail) that usually when they arrive, do not affect the three sites at the same time. Two of the three sites are located in the Protected Designation of Origin Coteaux Varois in Provence. The third is located on the protected area of origin Côtes de Provence.

This diversity makes it possible to meet the expectations of consumers with an extremely interesting range of products. The grapes represented mainly at the beginning by Cabernet Sauvignon and Cinsault were gradually expanded with Syrah, Grenache, then with a little bit of white (Sémillon, Ugni Blanc, Sauvignon, ...)
