Domaine Le Songe de Don Bosco

Situated near massifs des Maures, on a 220 hectare domain (including 80 hectares of vineyards), this place has a rich past. It was the property of the family Navarre before 1789. Having been acquired by various succesive owners, it was given up to the Church with the intention to make an agricultural orphanage. In 1878, the bishop of Fréjus asks to Don Bosco to take care of the domain. Until this day, the Foundation Navarre knew how to cultivate its attachement to the Family and to the countryside with the vineyard.

VISITS AND TASTING
A tour of the cellar, with a discovery of a rosé, a white and a red in Côtes de Provence.
Visits are intended for groups of 4 to 50 people maximum; on reservation.

The team proposes to relive and follow the life of Don Bosco. A story unfolds during the tasting and reveals the secrets of the estate. An immediate parallel takes place and great similarities still remain today, both in the passion of the land and the transmission to others.
