Traditional and modern cultivation methods for the production of our oil. Every day, the harvest is taken to the mill to be processed by a "continuous" chain which offers all the guarantees of quality and stability of the product. As soon as the oil comes out of the press, it is put to rest in a vat and the varieties are mixed according to the desired result: oil with a green fruity character. Tasting and sale on the spot.

A collection of citrus fruits under glass can be visited with Combawa, lime of Tahiti, Mediterranean mandarin, citron ''Buddha's hand'', yuzzu, pearl lemon etc.
