A bit of history... the estate is in our family since 1890 and transmitted by women who have all been viticultrices for five generations. The 6th generation will follow, as daughters of the current operator study the culture of vines, wine, marketing. Our grandfather has even participated in the development of the BANDOL Appellation at the end of the 1930s.
The climate of our region offers 3000 hours of Sun and 650 mm of water per year. The conservation of BANDOL red wine is in oak for 18 months.
The field cultivates its lands in a reasoned manner, it means that he opted for mechanical and non-chemical weed control with however a contribution in natural fertilizer in accordance with the nature that the intoure and its eco-systems. In February at the time of the regrowth of grass, an original experience of weeding is carried out to introducing a flock of sheep which ensures mowing and cleaning of the land.
