Production of kumquats, which have found a perfect setting here, and of the olives from which the precious olive oil is extracted.
All products are grown, harvested and packaged on the estate!
Our kumquat jams are made on the spot!
Olea'Kum is the marriage of two thousand-year-old cultures - the olive and the kumquat - from which we produce an original oil rich in flavours: a meeting of traditions for a cuisine full of sunshine!
Oil is sold at the Intermarché in La Londe and at the Domaine du Moulin in Hyères.
