Presentation

Discover Domaine de la Giscle, a family-run wine jewel nestled on the southern slopes of the Maures massif, in Cogolin, in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Just a few kilometers from the sea and close to historic villages such as Grimaud and its medieval remains, this estate boasts an exceptional terroir and a rich history spanning six generations.

Since the 19th century, the Audemard family has perpetuated the Provencal tradition on almost 50 hectares of vines. The estate takes its name from the Giscle, a river that runs through the land, symbolizing the balance between nature, heritage and passion. This respect for the terroir and family commitment are reflected in every cuvée, combining authenticity, innovation and know-how handed down from generation to generation.

Arriving at the estate, you'll cross the vineyard surrounded by magnificent scenery and discover farm buildings housing an old flour mill, a vestige of a rich agricultural past. Once in the cellar, equipped with both state-of-the-art technology and traditional elements such as 180 oak barrels and ancient foudres, you'll be immersed in the art of winemaking. The cellars' natural air-conditioning, automated plot sorting and computerized fermentation management guarantee optimal quality.

For our AOC wines, we cultivate renowned grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Rolle, Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Tibouren. In addition to our AOC wines, we also produce IGP wines, from grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot, which add a touch of diversity and elegance to our range.

Visitors are invited to taste a wide range of wines, from powerful, elegant reds to delicate, fruity rosés and fresh, aromatic whites. Each tasting takes place among the barrels in a vaulted cellar unique in the region, offering an immersive sensory experience. A dedicated room also features antique tools, testimony to the family's history.

Viticolement vôtre,
The Audemard Family
