Presentation

From a work in harmony with nature, are born shellfish of a regular quality, with an inimitable taste. With the bay of Tamaris open to the open sea, the oysters benefit from a unique plankton contribution which brings them a subtle and atypical taste.

The Giol family puts all its artisanal know-how and its respect for the marine environment at the service of its quality oysters and mussels.

Comparable to no other, the Giol special oyster is the reflection of the marine environment in which it evolves. Raised in the Tamaris bay, the sea currents give it a fleshy and crunchy texture, a subtle taste of hazelnut totally atypical. An oyster of exceptional quality.

The Spéciale Giol oyster has been awarded several times at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris: silver medal in 2017 and 2018, gold medal in 2019.
Sustainable tourism
