Since its creation in 1955, Club 55 has always acted with respect for the place and its inhabitants, and more generally, with a strong commitment to respecting nature.
We don't have a "green attitude"; it's a philosophy of life, an ethic.
That's why we've always favored local suppliers and products.
For over twenty years, we've been producing organic wine, olive oil, vegetables and fruit for our restaurant at our Domaine des Bouis in Ramatuelle.
For more than 10 years, we have supplemented our market garden and wine production with our Domaine de la Mole farm. Since 2023, with the Domaine de Piegros in Brue-Auriac, where we produce olive oil, fruit and vegetables as well as ancient cereals.
