Circus - "SITU"

Six women on stage, and a thousand ways to find one’s place. With SITU, Ino Kollektiv turns acrobatic lifts into a playground, a space for friction, and a catalyst for transformation. Here, we climb, we support one another, we switch roles, and we move together.

In this collaborative piece, the artists explore the position we occupy—the one assigned to us, the one we dare to shift. Main-à-main becomes a shared language—precise yet fluid—where the aerialists carry, the lifters take flight, and balances are overturned. Blending physical power, humor, audience engagement, and joyful chaos, SITU challenges the conventions of both the circus and performance art. The show unfolds like a living organism: sometimes cohesive, sometimes unstable, always ready to find new ways to hold on, fall, get back up, and make room for each performer.
