Our Provence wine tasting cellar is first and foremost a relay for our local products, those grown and processed here. You'll be able to taste the estate's Provence wines, stock up on cheeses from the Lorgues cheese dairy and buy local produce.
Our mini-farm and its activities, at your own pace for a whole day! A fun and instructive tour for young and old. Take a closer look at the farm animals and take part in educational workshops.
Château Saint-Roux's bakery, located in the heart of the estate, showcases the expertise of the head baker. Behind the wood-fired oven, the only one of its kind in the region, the baker works with living matter, enhancing the taste of artisan bread that's as good as it is beautiful. His secret? A sourdough made from the estate's own grapes.
A word to the wise!
it's possible to discover traditional baking techniques with the "make your own baguette" workshop.
Come and meet our baker, who will pass on his know-how: after a few theoretical explanations, it's time to get practical.
You'll make your own baguettes and bake them in our traditional wood-fired oven.
