Presentation

"Situated close to the beaches of Saint-Tropez, Château Saint-Marc, owner and producer, produces red, rosé and white wines that have won numerous awards and medals. 8 hectares of vines all in Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée Côtes de Provence, an area conducive to achieving the highest quality.
The grape varieties are 45% Syrah, 20% Grenache, 15% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 10% Cinsault and 10% Rolle.
The wines :
* Rosé Grande Réserve Domini: a beautiful, luminous, crystalline pale pink color, a well-balanced wine with a pleasant freshness. Drink now for 1 year.
* Rosé Cuvée Epicure: bright, crystalline pink color, intense nose dominated by red berries such as wild strawberry and raspberry. Full-bodied on the palate, with magnificent aromatic intensity. Pleasant finish with hints of red fruit. Drink now and for 1 year.
* Red Grande Réserve Domini: beautiful ruby color with purple highlights. Powerful nose developing blackcurrant and blackberry aromas. A toasty note adds graceful aromatic complexity.
Good structure with powerful tannins. Pleasant finish with notes of spices and fruit in alcohol. Drink now and cellar for 3-4 years.
* Red Cuvée Epicure: beautiful ruby color, intense initial nose of black fruits. Notes of cherry and spices. On the palate, full-bodied and structured, an explosion of fruit, with a pleasant finish of spice and ripe fruit. Drink now and cellar for 3-4 years.
* Blanc Grande Réserve Domini: beautiful yellow color with golden highlights, distinguished nose of exotic fruits (pineapple) and toasty notes. The nose suggests a powerful wine. Perfectly balanced on the palate, with mellow oak and good fullness. Good length with toasty notes and apricot-like dried fruit. Enjoy now, and for 3-4 years."
