Château Demonpère

Late 19th-century bastide and late 15th-century sheepfold, carved out of the rock and now converted into a winery.

With an olive grove of 17 hectares, or 2,500 trees, Château Demonpère produces three different organic olive oils. Picholine is highly aromatic, with a marked ardency and bitterness. Frantoio, with its surprising raspberry notes, is fine with a pronounced ardency. Finally, Ascolana is light, herbaceous, fruity, soft and harmonious. Currently under renovation, Château Demonpère is the heir to five centuries of history. You can feel it when you visit the estate's cellar. With its vaulted ceilings and old stonework, the place, built in 1492, is full of charm and picturesqueness.

* Organic olive oil - LA DIVINE (PICHOLINE): Very characteristic of the variety, with a marked ardency and bitterness - Aromatic - A beautiful oil.

* FRANTOIO Organic Olive Oil - Fine with pronounced ardency - Aromatic with raspberry notes.

* Traditional oil - A blend of several of our olive varieties (Sigoise, Picholine, Cayon, Pendoline, Frantoio), this brightly colored olive oil will seduce you with its aroma, ardency and fruity taste.

Our oil is packaged in 75 cl naked white glass bottles with optional spout, or in 75 cl UV-treated tinted glass bottles with integrated spout and one-window kraft bag, 25 cl or 5l metal cans.
