Its Spa by Clarins, the fruit of a prestigious new collaboration, invites guests to a unique and elegant wellness experience. Executive Chef Thomas Pezeril, who recently joined Hélène Darroze from Villa La Coste, is responsible for the entire menu, from lunch to bistronomic dinner, including La Palmeraie, a Michelin-starred restaurant celebrating the terroir, seasonal produce and the estate's organic vegetable garden.
