Learn the art of wine blending alongside the winemaker at Château Pas du Cerf, during an authentic and friendly workshop.
Under the same conditions as the family blending session held every year at the estate, discover this essential stage in the creation of a wine. Learn to recognise the influence of each grape variety, try out different combinations of cuvées and create your own blend.
Offered as part of the Vignobles en Scène programme, this workshop provides a better understanding of the winemaker’s choices and the balance sought to create a wine.
