Presentation

In 1984, Eric Navarro opened his bakery in Ollioules, in the heart of the Provence village. Although he first made a name for himself with his fougasses and special breads, his true passion soon led him to traditional biscuit-making.
Navettes and amaretti, crafted with exacting patience from the start, have forged his success. Driven by constant perfection, he refines his recipes day after day to offer a wider range of authentic cookies.
Since 2018, this wonderful family adventure has continued thanks to the commitment of his children, who have taken over the business with the same high standards of quality and respect for the know-how passed down.
