La Gorguette Beach is located below the Hôtel de la Farandole.
This small sandy beach offers a lovely view of Bandol Bay and Bendor Island.
There are about 10 free parking spaces above the beach.
Swimming safety is ensured by certified lifeguards (BNSSA), assisted by first-aid responders (PSE2):
From 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on holidays and weekends in May at Dorée/Lido Beach, Gorguette Beach, and Portissol Beach.
From 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., every day from June 1 to August 31, on all beaches.
From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., every day from September 1 to 30, on all beaches.
At the city council meeting on February 25, 2015, the municipality committed to obtaining certification for the management of bathing water quality in order to guarantee safe bathing conditions for beachgoers.
Since the first audit conducted in July 2015, this certification has been confirmed following an annual audit carried out by an independent inspection agency.
