- HEATED OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool, 8 by 4 meters in diameter, is shared with the tenants of our two other apartments for 4 and 6 people (Ange Gardien and L'Heure Bleue). It is surrounded by a terrace with deckchairs where you can relax and sunbathe. The water is heated to 27°C from March 15 to December 1, so you can enjoy a swim most of the year.

- AIR-CONDITIONED APARTMENT: Take advantage of the reversible air-conditioning, which lets you cool off in summer and warm up in winter, with a remote control that lets you modulate temperature and ventilation intensity.

- 44M² HALF-COVERED TERRACE: This spacious half-covered terrace lets you enjoy lunch or a barbecue in the shade, or lounge in the sun on a deckchair. Sunbathe under the generous Provencal sun or read a book under a parasol, with a glass of local wine in hand, all with a lovely view of Montauroux.

- LUXURY & QUIET: Modern interior of 80m², tastefully furnished. The living room has loungers and a sofa, as well as an office area for working in peace and quiet.

- 6 BEDS: 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with two single beds).

- 3 BATHROOMS: Each room has its own private bathroom.
The first has a bathtub with showerhead, washbasin and toilet.
The second has a shower cubicle and washbasin.
The 3rd has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
An additional (3rd) toilet is located on the periphery of the living room.

- FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, crockery (plates, bowls, salad bowls, glasses, stemware, etc.) cutlery, frying pans, pots and pans, as well as spices, salt and oil... In short, everything you need to prepare a chef's meal!

- MULTIMEDIA: Flat-screen TV with DVD player, Netflix movie and series streaming, Wifi: relax as you can!

- VILLAGE CENTER 3 MIN. WALK (Place du Clos): So there's no excuse not to pick up your baguette while it's still warm in the morning! Here you'll find a grocery store, two bakeries, a butcher, several stores, bars and restaurants (Brasserie Du Clos, L'Histoire Sans Faim, Le Marina, Bar des boulistes).

- RESERVED PARKING SPACES: To make life easier, load and unload your suitcases with ease, and go on excursions to discover our beautiful region.

- WELCOME GUIDE: Following your reservation, we'll send you a Welcome Guide containing lots of tips on excursions, things to do and things to see, plus additional information such as the Wifi password, the pool alarm code, etc...

- HOUSEHOLD CLEANING AND LINENING: Household cleaning (€50) is compulsory and provided by our competent teams. It will ensure that your apartment is perfectly clean and tidy on arrival, and that you can leave without worrying about the housework.
Linen and towels are also provided for a supplement of €7.50 per person.
However, don't forget to bring your pool/beach towels (as well as your swimsuits and sunglasses!).

- WE ACCEPT PETS: We know how difficult it can be to leave your pet behind or entrust it to someone else during your vacation. That's why we accept all "man's best friends".
We simply ask for a supplement of €30 per pet to compensate for the extra cleaning work required after our furry friends have left. Of course, we ask that pets are kept on a leash outside your terrace or interior, and that they do not climb onto seats, sofas or beds. In short, we trust you to show the utmost respect for this apartment and the people in charge of cleaning it.

- A MAGNIFICENT REGION TO DISCOVER (ALONE, WITH FAMILY, AS A COUPLE OR WITH FRIENDS):
There's so much to do and discover in the hinterland of Provence and on the Côte d'Azur.

ON THE PROGRAM :
- Relax on your terrace, admire the view, swim in the heated pool, discover the village of Montauroux and rest;
- Visit the charming Perched Villages of Provence in the surrounding area;
- Taste excellent "côte de Provence" wines after visiting the region's finest châteaux;
- Take a dip in the Mediterranean Sea after driving to the nearest beaches
(Saint-Raphaël, Fréjus, Agay, Mandelieu, Cannes, Antibes);
- Go on excursions to discover the capital of the PACA region: Nice, or the old town of Antibes;
- Venture into the Gorges du Verdon, one of Europe's most majestic canyons;
- Dare to try your hand at a wide range of activities: golf at Domaine de Terre Blanche (Europe's largest golf course), water sports at sea or on Lac de Saint-Cassien, mountain biking, hiking (there are so many beautiful circuits to discover) and much more.
- Take the sumptuous seaside road between Mandelieu and Agay, where you'll marvel at the palette of colors offered by the red rocks of the Massif de l'Esterel and the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean Sea.
