Aerial Yoga with Peggy Lucido

Fancy a bit of light-heartedness and letting go?

Every fortnight from 29 April, on Wednesdays from 5pm to 6pm, come and discover aerial yoga with Peggy – a practice that is both fun and profound, combining poses, stretching and relaxation whilst suspended.

Thanks to the hammock, the body releases tension, the spine decompresses and you explore poses in a new way, with a sense of confidence and well-being. A unique experience to strengthen, stretch and soothe the body… whilst treating yourself to a moment out of time.

A gentle, aerial session to reconnect with yourself, gain some height and end the day in a state of weightlessness ✨
