She is driven by a mysterious creative energy and a deep need to sublimate her African roots. Explosions of color, subconscious messages, magic and Cuban authenticity run through all her work.

Aconcha, who has lived in the Verdon region for many years, has found in this land of light, silence and telluric forces a deep echo to her spiritual universe. Fascinated by the region's raw landscapes and natural power, she weaves a symbolic link between the Orishas and the elements of the Verdon.
