Discover the secrets of the chestnut, from the tree to the harvest, during a walk through the heart of the Maures mountains in a 10-hectare chestnut grove.
A chance to meet passionate chestnut growers who will talk about maintaining the orchard, the life cycle of the tree… and every stage from harvesting to grading, whilst Marius and Lucien, the estate’s donkeys, look on with amusement.
Participants will pick chestnuts during the tour. Chestnut cream and chestnuts on sale at the end of the tour.
