Presentation

Our team of artisans of happiness offers you, according to the seasons, several craft creations.
Ice creams, sorbets, pastries and drinks are made in our workshop, with lots of love and natural products.
Our ice creams are different from conventional ice creams. Without eggs or cream, we work with milk and orchid powder.
This recipe imported from the Middle East gives them an incredible texture but above all, they are less fat and sweet but just as tasty !
Our sorbets are full fruit (50 to 75% fruit), more fruit and always less sugar.
Ashta ice, our specialty, is an ice cream with orange blossom and lentisk sap. Traditionally it is served covered with shards of pistachios. This recipe comes from the Middle East, Ashta (or Qashta) meaning milk cream in Arabic.
Lentiscus sap is a natural extract from a tree of the pistachio family and native to Greece.
To experience new sweet adventures, go to the boutique !
