Indoor fitness, cardio-training (restricted access). No trainer.
Open: Winter: 8am to 8.30pm every day, 7 days a week. Summer: 8am to 9.30pm.
Registration by post from 1 January. No daily registration.
Use of equipment and materials is the sole responsibility of the user.
No instructor. Badges must be worn, sportswear and towels compulsory.
Rates: €80 for the communes of Cavalaire, La Croix-Valmer and Le Rayol and €160 for other communes regardless of the date of registration per year, €50 for seasonal workers in the communes of Cavalaire, Le Rayol and La Croix-Valmer. Passage 15 € / week, 50 € per month.
Medical certificate required for minors (minimum age 16): fitness for bodybuilding and cardio-training dated for the current year + parental authorisation. For adults: medical discharge. On-site document with information sheet to be completed and signed.
